Eurotek keeps designing and manufacturing large extrusion heads!
\nThe ECMR420_MB is the newest addition! An extrusion head with a maximum die opening of 420mm and an average thickness of 7mm, that can produce sheathing on conductors up to 340mm.<\/p>\n

The ECMR420_MB head is used to extrude dynamic submarine high-voltage energy cables in order to provide connection systems in floating offshore wind farms with high efficiency and sustainability standards.<\/p>\n

The distributor and tooling zone have been optimized to process LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE.
\nConsidering its large size, the ECMR420_MB has a custom-built handling and support system to make operation easier.\u00a0“NO LIMITS” for Eurotek-branded extrusion heads!
