The ECMR420_MB is the newest addition! An extrusion head with a maximum die opening of 420mm and an average thickness of 7mm, that can produce sheathing on conductors up to 340mm.
The ECMR420_MB head is used to extrude dynamic submarine high-voltage energy cables in order to provide connection systems in floating offshore wind farms with high efficiency and sustainability standards.
The distributor and tooling zone have been optimized to process LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE.
Considering its large size, the ECMR420_MB has a custom-built handling and support system to make operation easier. “NO LIMITS” for Eurotek-branded extrusion heads!
