Here you can discover one of the many produced by us: the ECM35_DS_TH Extrusion head is used to produce double-layer rubber cables on a vulcanisation catenary line (CV- LINE).
The ECM35_DS_TH allows the production of energy and transport cables, with insulation and sheathing, for low voltage, with an outer diameter up to Ø35 mm.
The head features the front centering and allows the thickness of each layer to be adjusted, calibrating the distance between the tools by axial adjustment of the tip. It is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant steel and is equipped with independent temperature control zones to ensure efficient and uniform process temperature control.
The head is also supplied with a CV-Line process-specific support system, which allows for quick installation in the plant, facilitating the inclination of the wire axis to be adjusted.
The handling and cleaning of the two distributors is managed by a telescopic extraction system with controlled release
